Will my HOA allow this flag in my yard?

Short answer is yes!

Federal Law, “H.R.42 - Freedom to display the American Flag Act of 2005” states:

“A condominium association, cooperative association, or residential real estate management association may not adopt or enforce any policy, or enter into any agreement, that would restrict or prevent an association member from displaying the U.S. flag on residential property within the association with respect to which such member has a separate ownership interest or a right to exclusive possession or use.”

How is my flag installed?

We insert a small and thin piece of rebar into the lawn and slide a plastic PVC pipe pole over the rebar. This is only in your lawn during the time the flag is being displayed and will not do any damage to your lawn.

My front yard doesn’t have a lawn, can I still get a flag?

Unfortunately to avoid the liability of drilling a hole into concrete and breaking anything, at this time we are only able to offer this service to homes with a lawn. If you would like to purchase a flag from us and display it on your own, we would be happy to help with that. Just send an email to holbrookflags@gmail.com.
